Founder & Chairman
Shareef Khan A. V is the Founder of Dugout Soccer Analysis and a highly qualified professional football coach holding the AFC ‘A’ License. With extensive experience in Indian football, he has worked with several I-League and Indian Super League (ISL) clubs.
Shareef was part of the I-League Champion team in the 2020-21 season, serving as a coach during that successful campaign. His expertise in tactical understanding, player development, and modern performance analysis forms the foundation of Dugout Soccer Analysis
Anjitha M
Chief Executive officer
Anjitha is a former professional football player who has represented at the Senior Women’s National level and competed in the Indian Women’s League (IWL) with several clubs. Following her playing career, she transitioned into football Data performance analysis, bringing her on-field experience and tactical understanding into data-driven insights. She has worked with multiple clubs as a performance analyst and continues to contribute to player and team development through advanced analysis at Dugout Soccer Analysis.
Shiril naief
Head of Technical Team
Shiril Naief is the Head of Technology and Software Developer Engineer, combining his passion for both football and technology to create innovative solutions. Before stepping into the tech industry, Shiril was a professional footballer, which gave him a strong understanding of teamwork, discipline, and performance – qualities he now applies to his engineering work. Previously, he worked at Bluestack as a Senior Software Developer Engineer, where he developed high-performance systems and cutting-edge software solutions. With his unique blend of athletic experience and technical expertise, Shiril continues to bridge the gap between sports and technology, driving progress and excellence in every project he leads.
Mohammed Azlam Shafi T.k
Head of Operations
With over eight years of experience in the professional football ecosystem, Aslam Shafi brings strong operational expertise to his role. He began his journey as an Overlays Volunteer at the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 in Kochi, gaining valuable experience in event management and venue operations at an international level. Aslam later spent over Eight years with Gokulam Kerala FC, overseeing team logistics, matchday operations, and club administration. His leadership ensured smooth coordination and professional standards across national competitions. At Dugout, Aslam leads Operations, Logistics, and Strategic planning, driving efficiency and aligning every initiative with the company’s mission to elevate football performance and innovation across india
